When Lawrence Levy formed Levy Associates in 2000 he had a clear vision to develop a company that consistently exceeded the expectations of its customers and recruited and retained the very best staff. Such is the success of the company that staff turnover is less than 8% annually and 25% of our people have been with the Company for five years or more.
The Company was named in the Sunday Times FastTrack 100 list of fastest growing companies in the United Kingdom in 2005. This was a direct result of the investment we made in the development of the skills and expertise of our staff which is central to the quality of delivery to our customers. Each member of the team receives a minimum of ten days training per annum. Personal development plans are reviewed, refreshed and completed.
People feel good about working at Levy Associates – happy staff are successful staff and Levy Associates takes great pride in helping people achieve their potential and exceed their expectations.
