Contractor Care and Permanent Relationships
Having offices in the UK and Holland, our company has over 15 years experience in the delivery of IT resources to clients throughout Europe. In mainland Europe, this requires knowledge of the local skills market and an understanding of the local labour laws to ensure the successful and compliant delivery of our recruitment services. Our relocation team also ensures that our consultants are relocated efficiently, enabling them to concentrate on the job in hand at our clients.

Meet the team
After graduating with a BA (Hons) in European Business, Matt relocated to Holland to begin his career in recruitment in 1998. He joined Levy Associates in 2003 to set up the Dutch branch in Amsterdam with a view to developing new and existing clients. 11 years later he took over the company following a successful MBO in October 2014. Matt has 17 years experience in delivering teams of project specialists to global investment banks, energy companies and retail giants. With the help of his team, Matt has plans to grow and expand the operations of Levy both in the UK and across Europe. Matt is married with 3 children and in the rare event of having spare time he likes to play football and golf!
Director of Business Development
James started working for Levy Associates in May 2004 coming on board as an Account Manager where he was tasked with opening new business within the Travel & Tourism sector. Notable achievements were delivering over 100 hires into TUI Travel between 2005-2011 on projects such BRAC (Booking Recall & Cancellation), WISH (Web in Shops) & the Airline Crew Portal programme. James was asked to join the board of Levy in October 2014. James used to be the Herts Under 21 Golf Captain and his claim to fame was beating Luke Donald (ex world No1 Golfer) in a county match. He also led the European Youths championship in 1994 at Royal St David’s with scores of 71,71. James lives in St Albans is married to Laura with two young children Hugo & Vivienne. He is also a lifelong Chelsea Supporter!
Director of Resource and Delivery
Franco joined Levy Associates in July 2005 as a trainee resourcer having decided to start a career in recruitment. After a successful first 6 months in which he was involved in the hire of 20 Java contractors in to TUI within a 10 day period, he was subsequently promoted to Account Manager, then to Resource and Delivery manager. Franco was also heavily involved in starting the online gaming and ecommerce division. On the 1st October 2014, Franco was asked to be part of the Board of Directors. He prides himself on delivering high quality candidates to Levy’s clients and is involved in the training of all new Levy staff. Franco is a Liverpool FC supporter who continues to suffer following his team. He’ll also take anybody on at table football!
